If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the current period ends. Manage your subscription or cancel anytime in Settings under your Apple Account’s subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Artloop AI Art Generator subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
I paid but the features are locked. What should I do?
Open the app and use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If that does not help, write to us at myradrkassulkvpe13@gmail.com with the e-mail receipt from Apple and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase. We cannot process refunds ourselves.
