Welcome to Artloop AI Art Generator. Think of this policy as the placard beside the artwork: a short, honest description of what happens behind the canvas. Artloop is offered by Elena-Maria Postolache ("we", "us"). It explains what information is involved when you create with Artloop, why it is involved, and the choices you have. Effective date: 14.10.2026.

The Gallery Has No Guest Book

Artloop has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password to step inside. We do not ask you to build a profile, and we do not sell your personal data.

What Passes Through the Studio

When you create, the app needs a few things to make your artwork. It uses the text prompts, settings and any other inputs you choose to submit for a generation, and the images that come back to you. It also uses limited technical and purchase-related information, such as subscription status and basic app usage data, which our service providers handle as described below. Please avoid putting sensitive personal details into your prompts. Artloop does not need them to make art.

Where Your Ideas Become Images

Generations run on our own backend. When you tap create, your prompt and settings are sent to servers operated for Artloop. There your artwork is produced and returned to the app. We use this information to deliver the generation you asked for, keep the service running and protect it from misuse.

The Collaborators Behind the Walls

Two third-party services help Artloop run. Apple App Store distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Adapty helps us manage subscriptions. When it is used, Adapty tracks subscription status and related analytics, such as whether a subscription is active, trial or renewal events, and how purchase screens perform. This lets us unlock the right features for you and understand what is working. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

Paying for Your Visit

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your full payment card details. Apple shares only the information needed to confirm a purchase. Adapty, when used, uses that confirmation to keep track of your subscription status.

How Long Things Stay on Display

We keep information only for as long as we need it to provide generations, operate and secure the service, and meet any legal obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. Information held by Apple or Adapty is kept according to their own policies.

Your Rights in the Room

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because Artloop has no accounts, we may ask for details that help us find the relevant data, such as purchase information. Where local law gives you further rights, such as correction or objection, you can ask us about those too. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID settings. For data held by Apple or Adapty, you can also contact those services directly.
