Terms of Use
Effective 14.10.2026 · Artloop AI Art Generator by Elena-Maria Postolache
These Terms of Use are the house rules for Artloop AI Art Generator, an app by Elena-Maria Postolache ("we", "us"). They keep the space open, fair and inspiring for everyone who wanders in. Effective date: 14.10.2026.
Stepping Through the Door
By downloading, opening or using Artloop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Pass to Create
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Artloop on Apple devices you own or control. This licence is subject to these Terms and to Apple's App Store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
Respecting the Space
Explore freely, but responsibly. Do not use Artloop to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that involves minors in any harmful way. Do not create content that infringes other people's rights or impersonates real people in a deceptive way. Do not try to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend. We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Memberships, Billing and Renewal
Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment, billing and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or as Apple's terms otherwise provide. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Who Owns What on the Walls
The Artloop app, including its design, code, name and branding, belongs to Elena-Maria Postolache and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your prompts remain yours. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of the artwork you generate, and you may use it as you wish, subject to these Terms and applicable law. AI can produce results that resemble existing works, and some places may limit copyright protection for AI-generated images. You are responsible for how you use and share what you create. You give us the limited permission needed to process your inputs and outputs on our backend so that we can deliver your generations.
The Art of Imperfection
Creative discovery is unpredictable. Artloop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that generations will be error-free, uninterrupted, unique, or exactly what you imagined.
Limits of Our Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elena-Maria Postolache will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the app or the content you create. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Artloop in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
A Rotating Exhibition
We may update these Terms as Artloop evolves. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
